It was quite crowded but I managed to grab a high top.
I ordered Steak n Steak with mashed potatoes (but no coleslaw). I had ordered my steak medium-well. Even though one steak was well-done and the other was medium-rare, they were good.
Can you believe I forgot my wallet in my knapsack in my room at the hotel?! When I realized that at the bar, I told Debbie, my server. I left my iPad with her as collateral while I went back to my hotel to get my wallet.
When I got back to settle my bill, Big Island Trio was playing so I ordered a beer and watched their set. They were really good ... I wish they'd come to Toronto! One of the things I miss about not living in Nova Scotia (I'm originally from here) is the music.
