"Something Rotten", Stratford Festival, Stratford, ON

LeeAnn and I saw Something Rotten (part of the Stratford Festival) this afternoon. We both saw it earlier in the season but today we saw it together.

The Bottom brothers, two struggling playwrights in Renaissance London, need a hit. That’s easier said than done when your chief competition is local rockstar William Shakespeare. The Bottom brothers’ plan? Write the world’s first musical!

It was at the Festival Theatre.

It’s the third time I’ve see this production (I also saw it in 2024) and again it was excellent!

Rhéo Thompson Candies, Stratford, ON

LeeAnn and I stopped for chocolates at Rhéo Thompson Candies in Stratford. LeeAnn would stop here with her mom for many years. 

Work Pub & Eatery, Stratford ON

LeeAnn and I had lunch today at Work Pub & Eatery in Stratford.

LeeAnn had cheddar and ale soup and a pulled pork sandwich and fries.
