Moxie's Grill & Bar, Toronto, ON

Gord and I had supper this evening at Moxie's Grill & Bar (on University Avenue at Wellington Street W) before the Toronto Rock game.

We both ordered Chicken Enchildas.  I got mine without guacamole or sour cream.  They were good and filling.  The chips on the side were really yummy!  I've gotten this before and would get it again.

Gord, Trish and I had supper this evening at Moxie's Grill & Bar (on University Avenue at Wellington Street W) before the Toronto Rock game.

Trish is vegan and ordered Korean Fried Cauliflower (without the dip) and a Portobello Veggie Burger with sweet potato fries.  She really enjoyed the cauliflower and thought the burger and fries were okay.

Gord ordered the Chicken Enchiladas without salsa (he's not a fan of tomatoes).  He enjoyed it and said he'd get it again.  I've had it a few times and like it.

I had supper with my pals, Deb, Liz and Franca tonight ... we used to work together and have been friends since the mid-1990s.

We met at Moxie's at Wellington/University.

Franca ordered haddock with lemon quinoa with sautéed kale leaves, edamame beans and fresh herb chimichurri ... she said it was excellent.

After Gord and I got off the Kajama, we were hungry so went to Moxie's (at Wellington/University) for an early supper.  One Direction is in concert tonight and restaurants downtown were packed with girls heading to the concert along their moms.  Plus since we were in the financial district, there were lots of people starting the long weekend with cocktails.

I ordered what I usually order ... chicken enchiladas (without guac or sour cream).  It was good!

Gord's son, Ken, came in from Hamilton and we met him for an early lunch at Moxie's at Wellington/University.  It's been a while since we've seen him and was great to catch up.

 
We got there when it first opened so it was quiet.

Gord ordered egg benedict.  He said it was excellent and he would get it again.

We met at Moxie's at Wellington/University ... we'd been there in last month and had a good time.

I ordered what I usually get at Moxie's ... chicken enchiladas (minus the guac and sour cream ... I'm not a fan).

It was quiet when we got there about 5pm.

But it was fairly busy when we left about 7:30pm.
