Chen Chen’s Nashville Hot Chicken, Toronto, ON

I stopped in and picked up some lunch today at Chen Chen’s Nashville Hot Chicken  (just east of Gladstone/Queen W) ... it’s in my ‘hood.

I got a Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich with “Southern” heat (a tiny kick heat) and no slaw. What a sandwich! The chicken was tender with just the right amount of coating and heat. Yum! I also got a large mac ‘n cheese so I can have leftovers.

Gord and I picked up lunch today at Chen Chen’s Nashville Hot Chicken  (just east of Gladstone/Queen W).

We got 5 pieces of boneless dark meat chicken (with a tiny kick of heat).  He got a side of coleslaw and I got a side of mac ‘n cheese.

Chen Chen’s Nashville Hot Chicken, Toronto, ON

Chen Chen’s Nashville Hot Chicken recently moved into our ‘hood (just east of Gladstone/Queen W) and I’ve been wanting to check it out … and that’s where I headed today to pick up lunch.

I ordered Nashville Hot Chicken Tenders (3 juicy white meat buttermilk fried chicken tenders served on a piece of white bread with sweet pickles and house aioli) with the lowest heat level which is Southern (a tiny kick heat) along with a side of mac ‘n cheese.  The heat level was perfect … just a hint. The mac ‘n cheese was hot and thick.  I'd get this again.
