When
Gord was taking the beer course in the spring, one of the spots they went to was the
Twisted Kilt (Yonge/Davisville). He liked the pub and wanted to go back for supper sometime ... so we went tonight after work.
I haven't been there since
December 2008 when it was the Bow & Arrow with my pal, Trish.

Here's Gord at our table in the window with a beer. It was a great spot for people watching.

We split an order of Crispy Sea Salt and Pepper Fried Chicken Wings with Chili Sauce. We had ordered them as an appetizer but everything was brought together.

They were huge and yummy!
Gord ordered the Spinach and Dried Cranberry Salad with a Goat Cheese Dressing and Toasted Almonds and Spicy Crisp Fish Cakes with Coleslaw.

Gord's beer class instructor had raved about the Curried Chicken ... I adore curry (Gord hates it). That's what I ordered ... it came with basmati rice and poppadom.

It was delicious! I was way too full but had to finish the chicken (I left most of the rice and Gord ate most of my poppadom).
The food was great ... the service could have been better.
