Bow & Arrow, Toronto, ON

Trish and I met at the Bow & Arrow for a late lunch today. I've been wanting to check it out for a couple years.

Here's Trish:

Here's me and Chia kitty ... yes, we both were wearing festive red fleecies!

Trish, Chia kitty and Teena:

I had sea salt and pepper wings, with hot sauce on the side. I like my wings saucy but had them dry because the server recommended them. They were okay ... kinda tasted like KFC.

Trish tried to tempt Chia kitty into drinking my beer!

Trish and Chia kitty seemed to get along okay.

Sandy MacIntyre and Steeped in Tradition provided some delightful tunes over the afternoon.

This guy played the spoons for awhile.

There were stepdancers.

Chia kitty was stepdancing on our table. He is from the Maritimes (Sister Sarah in Halifax gave him to me for Christmas last year) so it's in his blood!

This young fella was stepdancing all evening.

He also played the fiddle!

It was a fun time!

The wings look tasty, but I understand all too well wings that look good but don't deliver.

I've never been to the Bow and Arrrow, but the entertainment looks fun!

Looks like it was a fun afternoon! I would have enjoyed it. Chia kitty and I would have been doing a down home jig. Chia kitty is quite sociable.
