Mr. Souvlaki, Etobicoke, ON

I had lunch today at Mr. Souvlaki on North Queen Street in Etobicoke. 

When I was last there in April, it had recently become a corporate-run restaurant and there had been some changes. Today I ordered a skewer of chicken souvlaki, rice and potatoes and it was just okay … not as good as before the management change so I doubt I’ll be back, which is too bad.

I had lunch today at Mr. Souvlaki on North Queen Street in Etobicoke. 

It has recently become a corporate-run restaurant and there have been some changes … the order board has been updated, you order from the opposite end and when you order a dinner (as I do), you get a choice of 2 sides (rice, potatoes, salad, French fries, etc.) along with your protein rather than the previous rice, potatoes and salad. 

I always passed on the salad and got extra potatoes and rice so no difference for me today … I ordered what I always ordered with 2 skewers of chicken souvlaki so I’ll have leftovers for supper tonight. Yum!

I had lunch today at Mr. Souvlaki on North Queen Street with Cheryl and Donna, my line dancing buddies. 

I got my usual … chicken souvlaki, potatoes, rice and tzatziki. I got a bigger meal (minus the Greek salad and with extra rice and potatoes) so I’d have leftovers for lunch tomorrow.

I had lunch today at Mr. Souvlaki on North Queen Street ... I hadn't been there since October and have been thinking about them lately.

I got my usual ... chicken souvlaki with rice, potatoes and tzatziki. It was soooo good ... hot and fresh. I ordered a larger meal (two skewers of chicken, minus the Greek salad and extra rice and potatoes) so I'd have leftovers for my supper this evening.

I got my usual ... chicken souvlaki with rice, potatoes and tzatziki. It was soooo good ... hot and fresh. And there was enough that I took half home that I'll have for my supper this evening.

The staff were friendly.
