Dog & Bear Pub, Toronto, ON

Gord and I had a late lunch/early supper this afternoon on the patio at the Dog & Bear on Queen Street W (at Dovercourt).

Gord had beer battered haddock and fries (he said it was good).

Gord and I had supper this evening at the Dog & Bear on Queen Street W (at Dovercourt).

Gord had Mac 'n Cheese (baked macaroni in a bechamel cheese sauce). It was good and he has leftovers for his lunch tomorrow.

I had chicken tenders and fries, with honey garlic sauce on the side, and they were fun.

Gord and I had supper this evening at the Dog & Bear on Queen Street W (at Dovercourt). It was quite busy with a crowd watching football.

New menus!

I had a Beef 'n Beer pie (Squires pie with beef, onion and carrot served with mashed potatoes, peas and gravy). I've had it there before and it was yummy!

I had a beef pie (Squires pie with beef, onion and carrot served with mashed potatoes, peas and gravy). It’s the first time I’ve had it and it was delish!

Gord and I had a late supper with our friend and neighbour, Dawn, and and her friend, Joy, at the Dog & Bear (Queen Street W/Dovercourt), which is in our 'hood.

Joy and I ordered chicken fingers and fries and Gord and Dawn ordered a double burger and salad. All were good.

No a great shot but here we are ...

We both order a D&B Burger ... we've had them there many times. I got mine with no lettuce, onions or cheese and fries and Gord got his with no tomatoes and a salad. Both were good!

Gord and I had supper this evening at the Dog & Bear (Queen Street W/Dovercourt), which is in our 'hood.  It’s the first time I’ve been in a restaurant in about a month and it was good to get out … indoor dining was allowed again on January 31.

We both ordered fish (haddock) and chips and it was good.

Dog & Bear Pub, Toronto, ON

The electricity in our condo complex was turned off about 1:30pm today, shortly after three fire trucks and a police car had arrived.  There was apparently something happening in our electrical building.

It was still off at suppertime so Gord and I headed to the Dog & Bear (Queen W/Dovercourt), which is in our 'hood.

I ordered chicken fingers and fries with honey garlic sauce on the side ... it's one of my go-tos there.

Gord ordered a garden salad and wings.  He orders their wings with no sauce often when we are there and likes them.
