When I moved to Toronto more than 20 years ago, I would walk to Massimo's at College/Spadina every once in a while for a slice.
Yum!
Then I moved and it wasn't as handy but I'd stop in when I was in that 'hood.
Last month I saw a sign that they were coming to our 'hood at Queen W/Dovercourt. Whoohoo! Apparently there was a fire at their old location and they shut down.
After my massage this evening, I walked to Massimo's for a slice for supper.
It was a big slice ... tasty but greasy.
No doubt the diet ginger ale negated the calories. Ha!It's become quite a restaurant strip at Queen W/Dovercourt lately. Besides the more expensive restaurants, joining Pizza Pizza are Massimo's, Poutini's and Subway. It's nice to have cheaper choices.
