Real Sports Bar and Grill, Toronto, ON

After our massage, we walked to Real Sports Bar and Grill for supper.

The first game of the season for the Toronto Blue Jays was today and we figured it would be a great place to watch it since they have a 39-foot HD Big Screen and 199 HD TVs.

There was a Miley Cyrus concert next door at the ACC so the restaurant had a lot of young girls and their moms.  Otherwise the rest of the tables were reserved.  We managed to get one upstairs.

Our table was a bit wonky so Sara, our server, let us move over to the empty table closer to the big screen TV.

Gord ordered fish & chips.  He liked it and said he would get it again.

Real Sports Bar & Grill, Toronto, ON

After we left the Kajama, we walked to the Real Sports Bar & Grill for supper. It's right across from the Air Canada Centre and has only been open a month.

We had a drink while we were waiting for our meal. Gord had a beer and I had a Jessie's Blu Bomb.

Very pretty!

Gord ordered battered haddock and fries ... look at the size of that piece of fish!

The fish was light and tasty.

I ordered whipped potatoes and buttermilk battered chicken tenders.

It was very good!

The ticket for our meal got lost in the kitchen for more than a half hour. Jay, the manager, came over to apologize when it was discovered and said our meals were free. That was so nice of him! Great customer service!

Because it was my birthday, Jordan gave me this nice surprise (which I split with Gord).

It was delicious ... extreme chocolate!

After we ate, we moved over to the bar side. Jordan had reserved a booth for us.

They have the largest indoor HD screen in North America. We watched the Blue Jays game and it was amazingly HUGE!

I took a walk around. Upstairs, they have lazy boy chairs set up facing the big screen. They were so comfy (yes, I checked them out!).

Here's looking down at the bar under the big screen.

This is looking out at the bar area ... we were in the middle booth.

There's Gord, intent on the game!

Coming back downstairs, I caught his attention.

Here's Jordan, our server. She took such good care of us all night. She rocked!

And here we are just before we headed for home.

The food was good and the service was fabulous! What a great spot to watch a ball game! We'll definitely be back.
