Burrito Boyz and "Moneyball"

Gord and I met Trish and Yvette at Burrito Boyz (on Adelaide W) for supper this evening.

I love their burritos!

I got my usual chicken burrito (a small one) and a bottle of water.

Look at all that yumminess!

It's been a while since I've seen Yvette and it was good to catch up with her.

Here are Trish, Gord and Yvette.

Gord, Trish and I headed over to the ScotiaBank Theatre to hook up with Shawna to see Moneyball with Brad Pitt and Jonah Hill. Yvette had seen it already and had other plans.

The story of Oakland A's general manager Billy Beane's successful attempt to put together a baseball club on a budget by employing computer-generated analysis to draft his players.

I like baseball and it was interesting to see how things work behind the scenes. Gord had read the book and said the movie was pretty close to it except the movie got more personal. We both enjoyed this movie. It's over two hours but doesn't seem long.

Here are Trish, Shawna and I after the movie goofing around.

And here are Trish, Shawna, Gord and I.

Great as always to hang with Shawna, Trish and Yvette and see a movie!

I heard that Moneyball is really good. And that burrito looks like it is to die for.

I saw Moneyball too and despite not being a big baseball fan, I really enjoyed it.

And that Burrito looked very good!
