I've been having a hard time getting on track with food and exercise for the last year or so. It's so much easier to be slack.
I'm putting the pieces in place to get back on a healthy lifestyle.
This afternoon I had an appointment with Kirsten Smith, a naturopath.
We spent two hours talking about me ... my habits and lifestyle, and what I want to accomplish.
I liked her ... she was very easy and supportive to talk with.
I'm going to see her again in two weeks and she's going to put me on a food plan. She mentioned the "V" word ... veggies. That could be a problem as I'm not a fan of a lot of them.
I'm looking forward to it!
