Kelsey's, Chatham, ON

I had two enrolment seminars to conduct today ... one at 10am and one at 4pm.

At the hotel where I'd stayed, they have a self-serve breakfast in the lobby restaurant and then it is closed after that. There was Internet access so I worked in the deserted restaurant for 3.5 hours (they said it was okay).

I went to Kelsey's for a late lunch.

I ordered Chicken Parmesan (two fried Parmesan crusted chicken breasts, topped with garlic tomato sauce and served over linguine tossed in their pesto Alfredo sauce).

It was hot, fresh and delicious!

My server, Tiffany, was great ... attentive and friendly.
