Granite Lace Knitted Scarf

I knitted a scarf to donate using a granite lace pattern. I found the pattern here. It was fun because I learned a new pattern. 

I used a Caron Anniversary Cake Special Edition (the colour is Merry Maximus) and 6.5mm needles. 

I cast on 24 stitches.

• Row 1 (right side): Knit all stitches
• Row 2 (wrong side): * K2Tog * - this leaves you with half as many stitches on your needles as originally cast on
• Row 3: * KFB (knit front and back) * - the original number of stitches are back on your needles 
• Row 4: Purl all stitches
• Bind off
