You grab a bowl and tongs and put whatever you want in your bowl … there is lots and lots of choice. The bowl is weighed and you pay according to how heavy it is. Then you choose your broth … I chose a tomato broth that was spiced a bit. It’s cooked and brought to your table.
When we’d been there in December, it was my first time. This time I knew what I wanted to do. Instead of it being more of a broth (I’m not a big fan of soup), I added 2 more chunks of ramen and more chicken and made it a ramen dish. Much better! I intentionally have lots of leftovers.

Trish had tofu, mushrooms, greens and purple ramen.
An ice cream was complimentary for dessert.
