I made Chuckwagon Chili for supper this evening.
Almost everything is in the kit. All I had to add was browned ground beef, an onion and a can of diced tomatoes. Adding corn was optional and I did (I added frozen corn). I got it started around noon and let it simmer all afternoon (we ate about 5:30pm).
Ta-da! It was really good and hearty! I'd order it again.
We ate it over rice. Then Gord had a second serving with tortilla chips on the side instead of rice.
