I made the last one for supper this evening ... Fajita-Style Chicken Bowl.
Ta-da! This was really good and we'd make it again. I'm not a fan of chilli powder and I'm assuming there was some in the "Mexican" spice but I couldn't taste it. Yay! And it was very filling.
