Four Points by Sheraton, London, ON

I have seminars and one-on-ones to conduct today in St. Thomas and I have to be at the client's site about 9am.  It's more than a two hour drive from Toronto so I drove down yesterday afternoon and spent the night at the Four Points by Sheraton in London (about a 20 minute drive from St. Thomas) ... I've stayed here before.

The lobby/reception area

The hotel has lots of twists and turns and I was pretty well at the furthest end away the lobby (about 280 steps/0.20km according to my Garmin vivofit2).

Here's my room ...

A complementary bottle of water is always a nice touch
The bed was comfy
The bathroom was always cold ... there was a heating lamp in the ceiling
but it didn't work

Parking, bottled water and WIFI (it was slow last night, though) are free.  There were a mini fridge, microwave and safe in the room.

It's across the street from the White Oaks Mall and there are restaurants nearby.

Happy New Year and safe travels. Wow can't believe how green the grass is. We are piled high and deep in the white stuff.
