Kickin' Caribou Pub, Iqaluit, NU

TUESDAY

I conducted three enrolment seminars and did some one-on-ones this afternoon and this evening and got back to my hotel about 8pm.

I had a late supper at the Kickin' Caribou Pub.

Intent on the Blue Jays game

I was pleasantly surprised to discover that it was wing night ... so, of course, I ordered wings!  I got them with sweet Thai chilli sauce and they were really good!  They were baked rather than deep fried and tasted like a whole chicken you'd roast on a Sunday.  The sauce was good too.  I'd get them again!

Jacklyn was my server.  She was friendly and took good care of me.

There were people approaching the tables every 15 minutes or so selling earrings, fur mittens, art, carvings, etc.

WEDNESDAY

My day started at 8:30am and ended at 7:15pm ... I was conducting enrolment seminars and one-on-one.  A long day and I was tired.

I had a late supper again at the Kickin' Caribou Pub.  It was quieter tonight than last night.

I ordered the Ultimate Beef Dip without the onions or horseradish mayo (it was on the side).  It was delicious!  The bun was warm and soft with a hint of garlic butter.  The prime rib was so tender and juicy.  Yum!

Melena was my server.  She was friendly and recommended the sandwich to me.

I paid more for my wings tonight at Jack Astor's at Yong and Bloor!

I bet mine were better. I hate that Jack Astor's!

Look how much they are regularly!
