Left Field Brewery, Toronto, ON (Liberty Village)

Gord & I had supper this evening with Christine & Alfred and Rosemary & Kevin Left Field Brewery in Liberty Village. 

It’s been a while since we’ve all gotten together and it was nice to catch up.

Rosemary had Mac and Cheese (creamy mac and cheese made with our beer and cheddar sauce, topped with melted cheese, shaved scallions) and Chicken Tenders - Kids Combo (3 kid-sized buttermilk marinated, panko-breaded chicken tenders; served with thick cut french fries, plum sauce and ketchup) … the mac and cheese looked delish and she took half home but the chicken tenders were overcooked. 

Kevin had a Chicken Clubhouse Sandwich and fries (classic clubhouse sandwich served on 3 pieces of toasted white bread, stacked with grilled chicken breast, shredded lettuce, tomato, Swiss cheese, bacon, guacamole and chipotle aioli spread). 

Gord and I had Pep & Cheese pizzas (10” New York style pizza, pizza sauce, Ezzo pepperoni, mozzarella, oregano and Grana Padano cheese) and we both took half of our pizzas home for lunch tomorrow. 

Alfred had a Margherita pizza (10” New York style pizza, pizza sauce, fresh mozzarella, fresh basil and Grana Padano cheese). 

Christine had a Chicken Caesar Wrap (grilled chicken breast, romaine, parmesan, caesar dressing, wrapped in a 12” flour tortilla) and took half home.

Ocean was our server. She was friendly and took good care of us.

The pizzas came out about 15 minutes after the other meals, which was weird. By the time they came, they others were half finished eating.
