Louis Jolliet Boat Tour, Quebec City. QC

I did the 2pm boat tour on the Louis Jolliet, which docked on the St. Lawrence River at Quartier Petit Champlain.

It's 1.5 hours and goes around a bit of the River.  It's $39 but if you have a CAA/AAA card, there's $7 off.  Whoohoo!

It headed SW a bit.

And then we turned around ...

And we headed NE. This is Lévis, which is across the River.

This is the bridge you can take to get to Lévis or you can take the ferry.  Traffic wasn't moving to quickly on the ferry.

We turned around just before the bridge and went by Montmorency Falls, which are taller than Niagara Falls.  It would have been nice to have paused for a minute or two so everyone could take pictures ... especially since our guide told everyone to head to the right side of the boat so they could take pictures.

Then we slowly headed back to Quebec City.

This was our guide.  He gave us info in French and then English.

Great day to be on the water ... it was sunny and not too chilly.
