Dog & Bear Pub, Toronto, ON

Gord and I had supper this evening on the patio at the Dog & Bear on Queen Street W (at Dovercourt Road). 

He had Mac & Cheese with bacon (baked macaroni in a bechamel sauce) and said it was cheesy and good. 

I had a Peppercorn Steak Pie (roast AAA chuck in a peppercorn gravy with peas and carrots served with mashed potatoes, peas and gravy). The peas were cold but the mashed potatoes were hot so I mixed the peas with the potatoes and that worked. The gravy was cold and had a weird taste so I didn’t use it. The pie was really good.

We both took home leftovers. 

Ash was friendly and took good care of us.
