I’ve been an Elite Yelper for 16 years and was offered the opportunity to attend
Yelp Toronto’s Frost and Fun at
Le Dolci Culinary Classroom (12 Sousa Mendes Street). Le Dolci is a female-owned culinary classroom offering over 15 hands-on baking and decorating classes for all ages and skill levels.
In addition to popcorn and snacks, there were complimentary Yelp socks, samples of
Sian Te Canada crafts premium Taiwanese wellness and herbal tea blends (I’m not a tea drinker but I did enjoy the Rose Perilla Tea) and cookies from
BetterBites of Markham.
We each decorated 4 cupcakes (which we took home) using two buttercream and two fondant techniques with the guidance of Le Dolci experts. My fondant cupcakes weren’t stellar but my buttercream ones weren’t bad ... and I had fun.

When we were finished, we could celebrate with a glass of bubbly.
Ta-da!
All-star Yelpers were also given a big red sippy cup (I’ve been an all-star Yelper the last couple months).
