Gord and I had supper this evening at Man of Kent on Ossington Avenue. It's the first time we've eaten there.
I had a beef and ale pie (with mash, mushy peas & gravy).
Gord had Scotch Eggs (breaded soft poached egg wrapped in sausage with
brown sauce and piccalilli) and Spotted Dick (citrus and current steamed
pudding with custard). He loves Scotch Eggs and had never had Spotted Dick before.
All were good and we’d get them again.
