The restaurant. which opened about six years ago, combines owner Shawn Dawson's love of southern hospitality, biker ambiance and "good old-fashioned slow and low BBQ".

I ordered Oh My Chicken with Chili & Cheese Scalloped Potatoes as my "Southern" side. When I'd entered the restaurant, I noticed how good it smelled and hoped the food was just as good ... and I wasn't disappointed. I like scalloped potatoes but have never had it with chili before. It matched the scalloped potatoes well. The chicken was really good. There were four boneless thighs which were tender and flavourful. I liked the dipping sauce (dill lemon maybe?). The Kansas cornbread was moist and sweet and didn't need any butter. It was a big filling meal and I would get it again.
Kat was our server. She was also the bartender and is the manager. She was friendly and took good care of me.
