Steve is a chef and a hospitality teacher. He dropped off a couple lemon tarts he'd made this afternoon.
It sounded like quite a process to make ... pour on the lemon mixture and bake, then pull it out of the oven and pour on more lemon mixture, etc. I'm soooooo not a baker so can appreciate the work that went into them.
As Steve suggested, Gord and I split one this evening. It was rich, really lemony and delicious!
