I taught Intermediate Level I Excel today for the computer company I freelance with.
Tonight was the
Blue Jays' home opener and Gord and I were there.
We had tix in the 500 level ... cheap seats and I like it up there!

The Jays' kicked the
Tigers' butt 12 - 5. Whoohoo!

Teena and Gord
There were just over 48,000 fans. It was a rambunctious crowd ... people were throwing paper airplanes and cheering as they glided onto the field.
Then it got more rowdy with cups with ice, umbrellas, etc. being thrown. Not cool. The security guards were kept busy and some fans were kicked out to the serenade of "
Na Na Hey Hey Kiss Him Goodbye"!
The game was paused in the eighth inning and there was a warning that if the fans didn't stop throwing stuff on the field, the Jays would forfeit the game.
It was cold and rainy all day. When we left the
Rogers Centre, we were greeted by snow.
Snow?!
Here's a shot of our street.

Yes, the white stuff is snow. Not much, I know, but I'm soooo done with winter!
