Gord and I had supper at
Northern Maverick Brewing Co. this evening (on Bathurst Street just north of King Street W).
I had what I always have … Buttermilk Fried Chicken (Battered Ontario Chicken Thighs, House Made Corn Bread, Yukon Gold Fries, Mango Habanero Hot Sauce). It’s a big meal and I took most of it home.
Gord had a Cheese and Charcuterie Board (Served with Crostini, Grainy Dijon Mustard, Pickled Veggies) with Local Prosciutto, Smoked Duck Prosciutto, Grana Padano (Quebec - Pasteurized Cow’s Milk) and Gruyère (Switzerland - Unpasteurized Cow’s Milk) and took some home.
Resham was friendly and took good care of us.
