My blood work from last week determined that my potassium level is a bit too high.
Something could have happened in the analysis of the blood.
Or perhaps I'm taking in too much potassium.
Raisins? Nope!
Bananas? Nope!
Tomatoes? Bingo!
I eat a lot of baby tomatoes.
I did another blood test while I was there to see what's going on.

too much potassium is a bad thing? huh, i didn't know that.
I always try and watch my sodium & chloesteral - but didnt know potassium is one to watch aswell - I love semi dried tomatoes and eat them everyday in salad - i wonder if thats bad for me *lol* ;)
I only like tomatoes when they are in season. And then in moderation.
More blood drawn? Yuck. I hate needles.
