Dundas West Fest, Toronto, ON

Gord and I went to the first Dundas West Fest this afternoon, which wasn't far from our 'hood.  Dundas Street W was closed between Roxton Road and Lansdowne Avenue.

You would play Scrabble at Ossington/Dundas with donations to St. Christopher House.

This guy was quite limber.

There were quite a few people on Dundas Street W ... this is looking west.

There were lots of patios.

You would get lots to eat.

BBQed sardines

 We had a beer here.

This juggler, Scott Free, was entertaining.

Back to strolling along the street ...more food, shopping and entertainment.

Awwwwwwwwwwwwwww!
Kids were playing soccer on the street

This is looking east towards downtown.

We had supper on a patio on the street at the Lakeview Restaurant.

Gord ordered a hamburger and potato salad.  My pulled pork sandwich was delish!

We caught the end of the Blue Jays game at Opera Bob's (the Jays beat Texas in the 18th inning ... yay!).

It was a fun day and I hope the festival happens again next year!
