Living longer, reading longer: all good! <br /><br />I'm not big on self-help books, but I agree with her idea that nutrition and activity are different from diet and exercise; to me, diet and exercise suggest a temporary shift in habits in order to lose weight or change your shape whereas adjusting your life so that nutrition and activity-level become priorities in your life and affect every choice and habit is a permanent change which strengthens your body/mind.
