I had high hopes of getting to the gym again after work today but it didn't happen. My gym bag is still in the trunk of my car.
I spent today doing one-on-ones ... helping employees enrol in their pension plan and choose the appropriate investments. I did seventeen one-on-ones. Yes, I spent the day sitting down but I was tired by the end of the day ... it was a lot of yakkin'!
Talking about the 20 Minute Workout yesterday reminded me of another workout show on TV that I liked.
In the early 1990s, I would get up early (before work) and do Gilad's Bodies in Motion. I'm so not a morning person but it was worth getting up that half half hour for. Hard to believe I was that dedicated and fit!
It was a fun aerobic workout for a half hour (though I didn't have time to do the cooldown as I'd be dashing into the shower). Gilad kept the conversation going throughout so it was like I was really there on the beach or by the pool with him. I liked the moves and found the conversation distracting (in a good way).
