I had high hopes of going to the gym this evening.
I conducted five enrolment seminars back-to-back in Scarborough today ... so that meant I was standing for about six hours. By the end of the day, I was exhausted and I skipped the gym. My gym bag did make it to the car, though, and is still in the trunk ... that's the closest I've been to the gym in a while so that's progress.
I recently came across a mention of the 20 Minute Workout. I don't know if you remember it or even know what it is but it was an aerobics show that was made for a couple years in the early 1980s here in Toronto.
I did the 20 Minute Workout on a regular basis ... it was on in reruns for years. Alas, I didn't look as good as Bess and I wore a baggy teeshirt and shorts.
Yes, the camera angles did help show the moves but I suspect they were more for the guys ... lots of butt and boob shots.
It was a good workout but looking back at it now, it seems slightly dangerous and jarring.
It's fun to see the 80s hair and make-up, though :)
