Our condo property has lots of them too.
I was sitting outside this afternoon. When I looked up, it looked like it was snowing with all the dandelion fluffies floating around.
It's also the time of year that spiders are spinning their webs ... and the fluffies are getting caught in them.
I thought they looked cool on the terrace ...

We have the same bylaw. It was snowing here too the last few days.
We don't have any law like that here, but we do have loads of these things around, more than ever this year!
wow, thats probably a wise law. i mean, who cares what your grass looks like? i never understood people and sprinklers, and lawn care, and pesticides, and standing with a hose to water...grass...whatever floats your boat i suppose!
