I did the cardio kickboxing class at the gym tonight.I haven't done it in a couple weeks ... I had a condo board meeting last Tuesday and my eyes were still dilated from the eye exam the week before that.
Lots of kicking and squatting tonight.
I was going to do 30 minutes on the stationery bike after that ... I even walked up to it. But I kept going because (1) my legs were tired from the kickboxing class and the monster workout last night and (2) I want them to be strong for tomorrow night when I do the Couch to 5K program (I'm determined to get through it successfully!).
Instead I came home and vacuumed and then mopped the kitchen floor.

cleaning floors is exercise too
Good workout, I agree housework counts as exercise.
