I went to the gym this evening.I did Week 4 Workout 2 of the Couch to 5K running program:
* Brisk five-minute warm-up walk
* Jog 3 minutes
* Walk 90 seconds
* Jog 5 minutes
* Walk 2-1/2 minutes
* Jog 3 minutes
* Walk 90 seconds
* Jog 5 minutes
* Brisk five-minute walk
It was tough! I didn't think I'd get through the last five minute jog ... but I did. Yay! I was watching Judge Judy and that helped take my mind off it!
Then I did weights and crunches while listening to my iPod.
I finished off with 30 minutes on the stationery bike ("random" mode) while reading Pretty in Plaid.
Time to go soak in a green apple scented bubble bath ...
