Monday workout

I went to the gym tonight.

I did Week 3 Workout 1 of the Couch to 5K running program yesterday. You are supposed to take a day off from doing it. But I have the cardio boxing class tomorrow evening so wouldn't have been able to do it then. So I did Week 3 Workout 2 tonight ...

Brisk five-minute warm-up walk then:

* Jog 90 seconds
* Walk 90 seconds
* Jog 3 minutes
* Walk 3 minutes
* Jog 90 seconds
* Walk 90 seconds
* Jog 3 minutes
* Walk 3 minutes


And I was able to do it! Jogging for three minutes still is tough!

Then I did 30 minutes on the stationery bike ("around the world hills" mode) while reading Bitter is the New Black.

Time for a French lilac-scented bubble bath!

That's an awesome workout! So funny I nearly bought that Bitter is the New Black book too. Is it any good?
