I went to the gym tonight.
I did Week 2 - Workout 2 of the Couch to 5K program while watching Friends ("The One with Mac and C.H.E.E.S.E.").
Brisk five-minute warm-up walk. Then alternate 90 seconds of jogging and two minutes of walking for a total of 20 minutes. Then finish with five-minute brisk walking.
Then I spent about 30 minutes doing weights and crunches.
I finished off with 30 minutes on the stationery bike ("random" mode) while reading Robert Crais' latest, The First Rule.
Despite flying to Windsor and back, my eating was good today. I had a bigger breakfast than I usually do because I wasn't sure when I'd get to eat (I don't do hunger well). After the meeting, I stopped at Subway on my way to the airport and got a large turkey sub on a whole wheat bun. It was filling and I haven't been hungry since.
My water intake wasn't great. If I drink too much, I pee a lot ... and right freakin' now! I don't like using the washrooms on planes and didn't want to get caught in the middle of the meeting. But I started catching up on water when I got home.

Another excellent work out. Totally understand about limiting the liquids, I do the same.
I am curious as to how you like the book. I did not enjoy it as much as his others.
I never drink enough when traveling. I also hating using the bathrooms on planes!
