I'm down 2.6 pounds since February 13.I didn't weigh in last week because I was off track (ostrich in the sand approach) after I got home from my fun fun weekend in Halifax with Sister Sarah. I got back on track on Saturday.
This week I had some good workouts at the gym, my eating has been pretty well on track and my water intake has been good.
I weighed in this morning, rather than my usual Friday, because I'm meeting a friend who is in from out of town for supper. I haven't seen her in a few years and I want to be able to enjoy my time with her without worrying about counting points.

that's impressive. I do get so tired of the counting---so tired that I've taken a 3 week leave. I'm inspired to get back at it.
