I spent last weekend visiting Sister Sarah in Halifax. I didn't overeat but what I did eat was sooooo not healthy ... and it was tasty! No regrets! We spent a lot of time walking around and even climbed big big rocks a couple days.
I had intended to get back on track on Tuesday ... but didn't quite. So that's why I didn't weigh in on Friday morning.
I got back on track today. Yay!
I went to the gym this afternoon. I hadn't been since last Wednesday.
I did Week 2 - Workout 3 of the Couch to 5K program.
Brisk five-minute warm-up walk. Then alternate 90 seconds of jogging and two minutes of walking for a total of 20 minutes. Then finish with five-minute brisk walking.
Then I spent about 30 minutes doing weights and crunches.
I finished off with 30 minutes on the stationery bike ("random" mode) while reading Franz Wisner's How the World Makes Love: . . . And What It Taught a Jilted Groom.
