Our car is still broken

Our car is still at the mechanic's. We'd dropped it off Wednesday afternoon after smoke came out of the hood when I drove up and back to Richmond Hill on Wednesday.

Wayne, the mechanic, called this evening and asked Gord to go over so they could talk (the garage is in our 'hood).

The engine has been ripped apart and Wayne doesn't know what's wrong.

The stuff in the last picture is being sent to a specialist to see if there are any microscopic cracks.
