Getting grounded

After being in Ottawa all week, I need to get grounded again.

Gord had a fencing tournament in St. Catharines and was gone all day. He came in 31 out of 55.

I walked to the library and back ... I took KC for a couple walks.

The rest of the day was spent on the couch chillaxin' and watching movies ... and it felt goooood!

I watched:
  • Point Break - It had been years since I'd seen it ... it wasn't as good as I remembered. Keanu Reeves can only do Keanu Reeves.
  • The Deal - I like William H. Macy but this was soooooo boring. Meg Ryan seems to have forgotten how to act.
  • The Curious Case of Benjamin Button - It was an interesting story but at almost three hours, it's longer than it needed to be.
  • What Women Want - It's a fun timewaster.
  • The Taking of Pelham 123 - I had seen it but Gord hadn't so we pay-per-viewed it. We got an error message right at the end so I called Rogers. They said that was happening a lot, they can't fix it so will credit the cost.

That's a lot of "watching" for one day - I can just about manage one a day.. and that's rare for me.

I think I have short concentration span! lol
