Soap for cramps?

When Gord stayed at his folks' place past weekend, he found a bar of soap in the bed (his mom sometimes sleeps in the spare room).

He assumed it was to make the bed smell nice.

He was talking to his mom today and she said the soap relieves cramps in her toes.

Huh?

Gord and I both scoffed when we talked about it on the way home.

I just Googled apparently his mom's not the only one who does this. Soap helps leg cramps.

What do you think?

Never heard of it, but it's one of the simpler things to try. So we'll give it a go.

I've never had cramps in my toes. Having said that... I'm about to go to bed and will likely have raving cramps in my toes now. lol

I do know you can put toothpaste on zits and kill them pretty well. I can't use Ivory soap, it is really harsh on my skin.

I have never heard of that in all my days. When we were younger my sister and I would point our toes until we got cramps in the bottom of our feet. We thought it was funny!
