Do Over Day - Feb 26



The first ever Do Over Day is Thursday, February 26th, 2009.

This is the one time of year when we can revisit and/or repair the significant moments of their lives.

Imagine re-enjoying your first kiss, the birth of your first child, or even your first marriage. Picture yourself re-experiencing the fabulous meals you’ve eaten, the exotic lands you’ve visited, the epic raves you cannot recall attending.

Or visualize yourself making amends for your life’s imperfect moments – the time you made a pass at your wife’s sister and got caught, or the night driving home from the pub when you accidentally ran over your neighbour’s shihtzu, or that scathing company-wide email you fired off in a huff one fateful day, back when your career was still on track. And think about all the do overs you would suggest to others.

There’s something, or many things, for all of us to do on Do Over Day.

I'll start ...

One thing that I would do over is ... I wish I'd stayed with the exercise and diet regimes I'd been on (I'd done soooo well!) and NOT gained weight back.

Mmmm.. not buy the condo, not gain weight are the only two that come to mind righ tnow.

Yes but how do you do that over again? Do you revisit all the meals you remember really enjoying and not eat them?

to re-do the weight gain, you would need discipline. More excersise, less fatty foods, or elss food in general.

I would re-do my hockey carreer...i would have never stopped playing in leagues. Oh how i long for organized hockey.
