I'm not a big fan of soup. I'll have some if it's part of the meal at a restaurant but I don't go looking for it.Since I'm back on Weight Watchers, I'm looking for healthy filling foods. Campbell's Soup at Hand Chicken with Mini Pasta interested me because it was only one point.
I had it today and it's pretty good. I figured it would be runny broth ... but the broth is thick and there was a fair amount of mini pasta and specks of chicken in it. The sodium content is quite high (850 mg), though, so I'll have to increase my water intake today.

i've never bought those ones. this week the grocery store i shop at has the chunky soups on sale for a good price, i'm stocking up, but i have no idea how many points they are worth. btw, i like your hair as beyonce!
Sound okay, but how about some natural sea food - dinner is served?
Well, if you insist, you can have pizza you know LoL
i remember scouring the aisles for low point foods. the only problem (for me) is that they weren't filling. One thing I've learned going through WLS is lean protein is the way to go. may spend a few more points but you feel satisfied a whole lot longer.
oh, and i like the purple and punky, but then again my hair looked very like that the beginning of november :)
hello,
here is one minute for you and me!
BTW, I love soup:-)

I love soup but I prefer homemade ones as I don't like salty food.
It's funny how the can is different there in Canada for the soup ( en Francais, bien sur!) ;-)
A 'speck' of chicken...that sort of sucks the appeal out of it. And those prepared foods are so often high in sodium. Some good vegie soup in the crock pot might be best. But I know...not exactly a convenience food.
Thanks for the tip. I'm looking for some quick and easy lunches.
I've had those. They are pretty good.
